Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with OCEAN. Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with as little environmental impact as possible. Please review our shipping details below.


1. Processing Times

We aim to prepare and ship all orders as efficiently as possible.

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

  • During peak seasons or sales: 2–4 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Spain and across the EU.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands)

  • Standard Shipping: 4,99, arrives in 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 10,99, arrives in 1–2 business days

  • Free in-store pickup: Available at our Javea shop (details below)

EU Countries

  • Standard Shipping: 4,99€, arrives in 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 12,99€, arrives in 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, customs, or seasonal demand.


3. Free In-Store Pickup (Jávea, Spain)

You can pick up your order for free at:

  • Orders are usually ready within 24 hours

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is prepared

  • Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

If tracking does not update after 48 hours, please reach out to us at hola@shop-ocean.com.


5. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If a product is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.


6. International Taxes & Customs

For international orders outside Spain:

  • Customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties may apply

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees

  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges required upon arrival

We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an order.


7. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

Lost or Missing

Please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
We will open a claim with the carrier and assist you in locating the parcel.

Damage During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging + damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.


8. Wrong Address Information

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible.
We can update the address only before the order is shipped.

Once shipped, we cannot reroute orders, and reshipping fees may apply.


9. Sustainable Packaging

At OCEAN, we minimise waste wherever possible.
Your order will ship using:

  • Recycled or biodegradable packaging

  • Minimal plastic

  • Reused shipping materials when appropriate

Because caring for the ocean starts with every shipment.
